Where are you based?
A: I work between Southern California, Baja California and Mexico City. I'm also often on the road for concerts and photography sessions.
Do you teach lessons?
A: Yes. I offer private oboe and music interpretation lessons in-person or online. Contact me to schedule.
Do you take photo commissions?
A: Yes. I offer private oboe and music interpretation lessons in-person or online. Contact me to schedule.
What kind of music do you perform?
A: I perform a wide range of music, from early music on period instruments to contemporary and experimental works.
Can I buy your prints or scores?
Yes. Photography prints and scores are available through direct contact.
What equipment do you use?
A: I play a Rigoutat J oboe, Lorée Royal English horn, and a Jacob Denner-style/copy baroque oboe.
For photography, my main working camera is the Canon R.
When I’m traveling or doing photojournalism I use a Lumix GX9 (micro43) not to be invasive with my gear and a point and shoot Olympus 35mm film camera.
